Hello, I'm in need of a personal and business assistant.
I own a construction company and have an office in Margate.
Experienced in working in an office environment that deals with home construction like windows, roofing, flooring, kitchen, is a big plus.
The ideal candidate MUST have excellent computer skills, know their way around Microsoft Office PDF and CRM Etc...
I will need help with all aspects of my business including marketing, data entry, organizational skills, running errands (personal and business) as necessary Etc...
A reliable vehicle, smartphone, home computer, or laptop, with a printer and Internet access to work remotely, is also a plus.
Hours are flexible for this ground floor opportunity. (If you have to work remotely for a day or are taking care of someone that's elderly, kids, have doctor appointments Etc...)
This is a part-time 1099 position with full-time potential in the near future as we grow.
Compensation will be $200-$250 per week for 3-4 hours a day plus expenses like gas for running errands depending on how much you worked any given week.
