Hey, Buffalo! Here's everything you need to know to get this Tuesday started off right. First, today's weather: Morning flurries; cloudy. High: 24 Low: 23. Here are the top 3 stories today in Buffalo: For the second time so far this month, Buffalo Niagara International Airport received a record amount of snowfall from Winter Storm Izzy yesterday. Snow fell heavily throughout the day in Western New York, and by Monday evening, the airport had accumulated a total of 17.6 inches of snow since midnight, making it the third snowiest January day on record. The second-place record was set just over a week ago on Jan. 6, when 17.8 inches fell. The inclement weather grounded multiple flights in and out of Buffalo and prompted numerous travel advisories throughout Erie County. (WGRZ)A Buffalo landlord didn't let heavy snows and travel advisories stop him from getting to the building he manages. Luke Cusack of Allentown says he doesn't have snow tires, so he got out a pair of skis and trekked three miles in the snow to reach the 500 Seneca Building for his tenants. Cusack told Spectrum Local News that skiing to work was harder than he expected, but he "would probably do it again." (Spectrum)Buffalo football fans are hitting the road and the skies for Kansas City for the Bills' playoff game against the Chiefs this weekend. According to WIVB, fans say they want to "flood Arrowhead Stadium with a sea of Blue" as they cheer on their home city on Sunday night, and many have booked flights or plan to drive to Missouri for the big game. "If this is our season and we do go all the way, I don't want to be the guy who misses that live opportunity," said Bills fan Jake Knott. Created by an award-winning chef from natural botanicals, Betera's drinks come in 3 flavors — Ginger-Orange, Elderflower-Lime and Rhubarb-Hibiscus. We tried Ginger-Orange, and it was excellent — lightly effervescent, floral with a hint of bitterness and the sippability of a cocktail.
