RMMI is a monitoring company for private communities, in and around the Denver metro area. We have been in business for 20yrs, and are currently seeking to have new members join our team. Over the years we have built positive relationships with our clients, who continue to refer our service to others in the community, and we want to continue to grow with them. So we are looking for reliable people to join us. Evening Route Manager Currently have openings for someone who can be reliable and trustworthy to join our team as a night time driver. A little bit about what we do......, our company provides the service of monitoring parking lots for private communities.What that means in short, is that we check to see that the parking areas on the properties that we service, are properly being used by the people who are supposed to be parking on these properties. We go through properties during the evening hours and check to see that the vehicles on the property are following the rules for each property. We make notes during the evening of what is incorrect (as well as other items we notice on site), and then communicate our findings back to the property coordinator the next day. Our drivers are able to work from home, and only need to visit our office for periodic meetings. This creates a little flexibility for the drivers and makes working each shift a little easier to go directly from your home to the first site we service. Because of the nature of the job, we give a great deal of trust to our employees, because they work each evening on their own, and have phone support when needed. Outline of position responsibilities: -The evening starts with driver arriving on work sites within specific time frames during the evening. As mentioned above, our typical hours of operation is between 8:30PM and 1AM, with some flexibility of starting earlier or later. -Safely drive from one property to the next on the route schedule provided. -Taking notes on each property and referring to our reports, which will explain what to look for on each property.We write down the vehicle information of vehicles on the properties that we service and then place flyers or notices on vehicles. In some cases we contact the tow company to have vehicles towed from the site, when they are in violation or in emergency areas blocking access. -When drivers are finished each evening with the route, they return to their home, and submit their evening report into our system. This is simply data entry into our system. Position Requirements: -Available to work the evenings of Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday. Additional nights might be available. *Typical hours between 8:30PM-1AM *Possibility to have Tuesday included in schedule -No experience needed, and we will train for everything you will need to know. -Clean driving record (exact details will be discussed in interview) -Internet Access at your home (company tablet will be provided) -Personal Cell Phone -Personal vehicle (a company vehicle could be provided after an initial training period, with qualified drivers) -Need to be able to work independent each evening and need to be reliable and trustworthy. Compensation: -Consistent Part Time hours (between 25-35 hrs a week) -Wage is hourly, and will be starting between $15/hr up to $16/hr depending on which shifts, responsibility, and experience candidate has. -Most major holidays are paid vacation days.
