Roofing subcontractor wanted for North Platte, NE area. You MUST have insurance. We pay at the end of each job. WE BOOM UP SHINGLES TO YOU. No need to haul them up a ladder. We currently have one sub, but are getting so busy that we need another. Subcontractor Contract is required and certificate of insurance emailed from your agent/producer. We need to know your price per square, here is an example: $65.00 per square - asphalt roofing (no dump trailer - contractor provides and disposes of shingles) $8.00 extra per square for additional layers of asphalt $12.00 extra per square for wooden shake/shingles $12.00 extra per square for steep charge (7/12) and $16.00 extra per square for more than 10/12 pitch Chimney flashing $45 $10.00 for each sheet of plywood (re-decking) $35.00 per square with no demo (install only) Areas we service: North Platte and up to 30 miles surrounding.
