Titan Vans, Titan DIY Kits, ATLA Warehouse, Cabinetry & Woodworking Associate Opportunity: Looking for a creative ‘go-getter’ who is interested in continuous improvement in all facets of life! Attention to detail This position will help facilitate day-to-day operations of a furniture company and adventure van upfitting company to fulfill direct-to-customer orders. We seek someone who is willing to work hard and grow with the business. Responsibilities: ● Sanding, finishing and assembly of furniture; tables, cabinets, and chairs. ● Use of cutting tools such as table saw, miter saw, jointer along with other specific woodworking power tools and hand tools. ● Setup and operate a CNC router. ● Operate forklift to assist in manufacturing and warehouse operation. ● Work in cooperation with a small group, take direction from a supervisor to ensure the work is completed to product standards, creating furniture and cabinets of the highest quality. ● Reliable work ethic, and the ability to comply with health and safety best practices. ● The Wood shop and warehouse team is a swiss army knife position. You will be asked to do a variety of tasks from cabinet and furniture making to box truck runs. ● 3 S’ing: (Sweep Sort Standardize) We spend 20 min every morning making improvements to our workspace and to the process. We value all ideas and opinions in making small incremental improvements to the process in regards to safety, product quality and efficiency. Job Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $18 - $26 (depending on past experience, no experience required) access to health, vision and dental insurance, a 401(K) plan, paid time off after the first year of employment.
