Sweet Female Chihuahua found on Hooker Ave. She is brindle colored (Black and Brown) with a white spot on her neck, white chest and white tipped toes and tail. My vet states that she is chipped. I have called the Chipping Company. They say I must wait for the Owners to contact me. I will NOT release this dog to anyone unless that person can describe her collar and tell me her name and how old she is. My phone number is .
