LONG VALLEY, NJ — There may be traffic delays on Wednesday in Long Valley because of a construction project on Fairmount Road/Route 517. Washington Township's Office of Emergency Management reported that construction was planned between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. In an alert message from the township about the upcoming construction, the Office of Emergency management details work is being done on the "roadside shoulder between the traffic light at the center of town and Highland Avenue at the top of the hill."
