I'm excited to offer this new class. If you know someone who might be interested, please feel free to send them my way . DATES: Saturday 1/22 1-3 PM EST or Saturday 1/29 1-3 PM EST . LOCATION: Online via Zoom (online 10 spots available per class) . COST: $125 (includes a handout and recording of the class) . DESCRIPTION: This class is for anyone who identifies as an Empath, Highly Sensitive Person, Introvert, Healer, Lightworker, etc. . Do you know someone who often feels overwhelmed by other people's energy or current events? . In this class I share simple tools that I personally use everyday to protect myself from negative, toxic, stressful or overwhelming energies and these tools also assist in heightening intuitive abilities.
