2022-0166, In-State Warrant: On 01/16/22 at 5:57 p.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a well-being check. During the investigation, contact was made with Jonathon Mata, a 41-year-old male from the 1000 block of Oswego Township, who was found to have a valid Aurora Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear Driving While License Suspended (bond set at $1,000/10% plus $75 FTA fee). Mata was released on his own personal recognizance.
2022-0166, In-State Warrant:
2022-0168, Domestic Battery: On 01/16/2022 at 9:51 p.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a Domestic Battery. The incident is under investigation.
2022-0169, No Valid Driver's License: On 01/16/22 at 11:26 p.m., deputies made a traffic stop for speeding at Route 126 and Schlapp Road in Na Au Say Township. The driver of the vehicle was a juvenile from the 12000 block of Mitchell Street., Plano. The driver was Cited Summoned for No Valid Driver's License and was released on scene with a must appear court date. The driver was also cited for speeding.
2022-0173, Driving While License Suspended: On 01/17/22 at approximately 4:15 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near Route 31 and Caterpillar Drive, Oswego Township. Salvador Gutierrez, a 51-year-old male, from the 100-200 block of Dolores St., Oswego Township was cited for driving while license was suspended, improper lighting, and no registration light. Gutierrez was issued a recognizance bond and released on scene.
