Looking for maintenance technician for apartment complex. Looking for people with a good attitude and experience in this field, also self motivated and willingness to learn. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job description includes dry wall repairs, electrical, plumbing, on call work orders, pool maintenance, furnaces, boilers, ground up keep, snow removal, trouble shooting, ect.
