"Deep State"? "Entrenched Politicians"?

Description
People keep talking about "The Deep State". What that really means is, people who have worked in government for too long. They have too much control, they think they know better than you how to run your life and how big the government's role should be in your life. Of course, pretty much all deep-state people think government should be playing a HUGE role in your life. They're all about money and control. I'm not going to argue whether there's a deep state or not. However, here's my solution to deal with any "deep state" there may be: Turn-Over. The biggest problem would be people who have been working in our government for too long. They get too much on the 'inside'. After too many years on the job, people get too connected, they gather too much power, too much influence. When they get too comfortable, they start using that power to entertain themselves, fuck with other people, or make a profit. The thing is, it doesn't matter if it's politicians, or other people who work in government behind the scenes, they all have some kind of power to abuse. So, the only solution to the possibility of a 'deep state', is to severely shorten everyone's time in Washington DC. Anyone - ANYONE - who gets a job in government; Politicians, their support staff, office workers, people who work in ALL government agencies like the welfare dept., labor dept., education dept., bureau of land management, OSHA, FBI, CIA, there are literally hundreds of government agencies, and hundreds of thousands of workers on the payroll. They should all be subject to term limits. The 535 politicians in Washington DC are just the tip of the iceberg. I'm talking about cutting short the careers of hundreds of thousands of government workers, all across the board. The federal government is the biggest employer in the country and all those people need to be put on notice that their jobs are temporary. If you want to work for the government, in ANY FORM, you will be hired for an 8-year period, and then you will have to LEAVE and go find work in the private sector that government rules over. "Career" government workers of all types are out of touch with reality. They need to experience 'real life' outside of the government bubble. Here's the deal: While you work for the government, you will receive excellent pay and benefits. However, after your 8 years are up, you will have to leave and you'll get NO RETIREMENT, and NO BENEFITS of any kind. Move on. Spending 8 years in government should provide you with a solid foundation you can use to get on with the rest of your life. But working for the government should never be considered a permanent career path. The problems in Washington DC, (and there are plenty) are being caused by "Career" people in government. People who have been there too long They are the ones who have things so twisted up. We need to get them out of there ASAP and start turning over govt. employees at a faster pace.
