I can sing Brazilian Jazz in Portuguese or English. I can sing in Italian and Spanish as well. I can sing in French, although it is my weakest language of the five. I am looking for a jazz guitarist or pianist or a trio or a big band, any lineup I can help complete with my singing. I am open to any lineup as long as you - guitarist, pianist, trio, quartet, quintet, big band, etc. - can play anything and has/have an extensive repertoire. I am more interested in playing music than in making money immediately, although I would not refuse to tour the world and perform for lots of money, either. If we start out playing gigs that lead to better gigs and paid gigs that lead to better paying gigs, I believe in my own abilities to help us move up that way. I don't see many people playing what I can sing, and although Jazz traditionally pays little, I believe there's a niche for Brazilian Jazz that we can explore with intelligence and - who knows? - maybe I'm on to something. Any takers? I am open to discussing details.
