TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Amphitheater announced on Wednesday that folk rock group The Avett Brothers will take the stage in T-Town on Saturday, April 30. Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. The North Carolina group has released 10 studio albums to date and most recently released its third EP — "The Third Gleam" — in 2020. A popular fixture on festival circuits and in college towns, the band has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, including two for Best Americana Album in 2013 and 2017.
