Need Help Lift gate wont go down but goes up

I have a cube van. I just put a new solenoid and rebuilt a hydraulic pump on the lift gate and it goes up but won't come down. Need help to figure it out and get it running correctly. Nw Ankeny. I pay $80 even if it only takes 10 minutes to fix it. Send me your name and phone # to reach you. Thanks Kevin Things I have tried. Like I mentioned. My lift gate quit working. It goes up but it won't go down. At first it wouldn't go up. So I bought a solenoid because it happen it to me before. And I bought a new switch but didn't get it to do anything. Then I tapped on the pump and it went up. So I had a company in Ankeny Rebuilt the pump. And now it goes up but can't get it to go back down. I figure it has to be Wiring issue or fuse. I tried jumping the switch and still nothing even switched the up and lower around on the switch and still nothing. It's likenits not getting power on the lowering side.
