Looking for someone who can install new handlebars on 2006 Harley Electra Glide. Currently, have factory bars am upgrading to 12" bars. Was told I should not need to replace cables but if this is needed am hoping you can assist. Let me know what this would cost - work can be done in my garage which can be warmed up to bearable temperatures.
