Rehoming a one-year-old pitbull

I have a one-year-old pitbull male that needs a new home. He is very hyper and would leave to be with someone who has a little patience and is willing to do a little more one on one training with him. He is my sisters dog and she is asking for a $100 rehoming fee. He will come with a kennel, food, and bowls. He is good with other dogs, and never had any issues around small children.
