If you love working outside, Kevin's Car Wash is the place for you! NO COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED plus paid on-going training- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. WE ARE LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATES who are: - Detail oriented - Proactive Problem Solver - Strong work ethic - Some mechanical inclination preferred - Excellent Communication skills - Team Player - Able to move around freely - Willing to work a flexible schedule off hours as needed - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Available weekends WHAT YOU WILL DO - Positive/Customer Interaction - Attention to Detail and Safety - Act as the "conductor" and safely give direction to customers as they enter the car wash tunnel - Make eye contact and smile to acknowledge customer understands - Use appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices - Use tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand and body protection - Point to directional signage to guarantee basic entry rules into the tunnel are followed - Determines how to properly prep the vehicle through a visual inspection - Always smiling - Acts in professional manner at all times. - Bring safety issues immediately to management - Upkeep of property YOU WILL RECEIVE - $ 12.00 - $16.00 Hour - Overtime Available - Education Assistance - Paid Training - Flexible Scheduling - Paid Time Off (1 Week after 1 year - 2 weeks after 2 years - 3 weeks after 3 years) - Opportunity to advance in the company with 4 locations in 3 states and we’re still growing - Highly Motivated Passionate Team Leader - Fresh Air Working Outside - Free Car Wash Membership - Growth Opportunities – We promote based on performance and not seniority - Be mentored by the greatest automotive service operators in Kansas City APPLY HERE
