Rehoming My Blue Crown Conure

I am currently seeking to rehome my blue crown conure. I have 3 larger birds that take a lot of my time and want to find Sidney (my blue crown conure) a home where someone can spend more time with him. He doesn't feel the need to be with you all the time. He likes interactions to be brief. He talks just a little. We adopted him in 2015 from someone else who had very little information on him. We think he is about 12 years old but not sure. It's just a guess based on what we were told. I've have never seen him fly but I have seen him flutter to the floor. The vet and I are pretty sure his wing was broken at his prior home and never heeled properly so he has a feather that sits a bit wonky in one of his wings. We believe this is the reason he does not fly. He is a spunky little guy who will give kisses. He does not like hands. I think he might have been manhandled at his prior home. But he will step up on a perch and hang on your shoulder. Serious inquiries only please. Adoption fee will be discussed once we meet the potential adoptee. He will come with his cage.
