These tanks have been established for years and are healthy. I am due my first baby this summer and we simply will not have the space, time and energy to maintain their health once baby is here.
I’m not as concerned about a rehoming fee as I am about you taking responsibility and cost needed to relocate these tanks. They would survive a 100% water change with proper planning and no changes to filter media or substrate. Ideally you have some 5gal buckets with lids to transport some cycled water, but we can sort out details if you’re seriously interested.
I can hold for a committed person. This is the ideal setup for a person looking to be set up for success in beginning the freshwater fish hobby, but also would be a good setup for experienced hobbyist who wants to expand their collection.
