Hello my Wife and I are looking to rent an apartment starting Mid-Late May 2022 or may be able to move in Late March for the right apartment in or near the Upper Valley for a 1 year lease. A little about us. We are both young professionals. Wife is a second year Resident Physician at DHMC, I am an Automotive Emissions Repair Advisor. We both have excellent credit and spotless backgrounds. Never missed a rent payment and have made in full on time rent payments through the whole Covid lock downs and both maintained full employment through the lock downs as well. We are very quiet and clean. Non smokers, no pets or kids. Past landlord references available, employment references available, and personal references are available too. Prefer a 2 bedroom or a 1 bedroom with an office. Unit must have its own washer and dryer. Willing to pay 6 months rent in advance on top of any security deposit.
