Summary The Crew Leader / Helper will be responsible for providing Sourdough Transfer customers with the highest level of service and quality to ensure the customer has a stress free move. Essential Job Functions The Crew Leader / Helper is responsible for the operation of the customers move. They may drive company vehicles as assigned and be responsible for supervising the crew, loading, packing, and inventorying shipments as assigned. Typical Duties • Provide and maintain superior customer service • Work closely as a team with others to achieve tasks • Problem solve, make evaluations, and reach conclusions • Communicate as a team and with dispatch • Calculate charges and collect customer payments • Complete all required documentation • Maximize capacity and eliminate damage in transport • Ensure the use of proper packing materials used • Follow all safety procedures and policies and report any violations of such to supervisor • Potential to drive company vehicles as assigned • Potential to supervise and direct crew to complete job assigned • Promote Sourdough's Vision, Mission, and Culture statements Competencies Customer Oriented Accountable Accurate Takes Initiative Strong Time Management Apply online or drop by our location and fill out an application.
