The reason that I am obsessed with ensuring that Trump never steps inside the Oval Office again can be found in the reactions, beliefs, and words of America's senior military leadership. Just days after the January 6th Coup Attemp by Trump supporters at the Capitol, General Mark Milley contacted his equal pier in the Chinese military in the hopes that he could assure him that America was not preparing to go to war with China. That is an absurd situation when the country's most senior military officer feels it necessary to make such a call. Should Trump be elected again to the highest Office in the land, can you honestly believe that same military leadership would follow every order he would hand down? More importantly, would America's enemies believe (either rightly or wrongly) that there is now a weak link in the chain of command. Would they exploit that? What would such a situation portend for the future? There is a reason why I am obsessed with keeping this man as far away as possible from the "nuclear football". Trump is bloody dangerous...ignorance is bliss, but it can also be catastrophic.
