Very flexible- you set your hours- permanent, part-time position maintaining and improving apartment and office properties in Middleton. Are you retired....and bored? Great position to use your skills and get out of the house- when you want to. Hours average only 5-10 per week- more hours only if you want them. You can pick which days you want to work, with no weekends needed! 4 hour days are typical, but you decide. Requirements: Basic carpentry skills; minor electrical and plumbing knowledge and drywall repair & painting experience. Additional requirements include a clean driving record, ability to lift 40 lbs., drug testing, current vaccinations and a positive work history.
