Come join our team at People-Move Moving as a Mover and/or Driver and receive professional training and earn GREAT PAY which includes a base pay between $15-$21 per hour + TIPS + BONUSES + PERKS! *We have full-time, part-time, management level, and seasonal work available!* WHAT WE OFFER - Pay range of $15-$21 per hour + tips, perks, and raises! - Flexible scheduling - Advancement opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES (Day-to-Day) 1. Make a positive first impression - smile, introduce yourself to the customer! 2. Do a walk-through of the residence 3. Communicate the game plan clearly with the customer and your partner 4. Safely pack, move, and unpack the customer's belongings 5. Help out with truck inspections and equipment inventory 6. Check in with the office REQUIREMENTS - Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen - Drivers must have a valid driver's license and good driving record - Driver's must be comfortable driving a 26' (non-CDL) box truck - Exceptional customer service skills - Professional attitude and demeanor - Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. - Good hand-eye coordination - Experience in military training, team sports, general labor, landscaping, construction, operations, or warehouse helpful! - This is a general labor position; we believe in: hire for attitude and train for skill.
