Lap steel slide guitarist looking to join established band

I picked up a sweet 1940’s lap steel guitar and have played for a couple years now. It’s a cool instrument and I am hoping to find a band that is looking to add this layer to their sound. I use a volume pedal, reverb, tremolo, delay, and very occasionally distortion and wah. I don’t want to join a country band (already playing lapsteel in a country band). I am willing to craft parts and then audition them either in person or by sending files back and forth. I have gear, transport, and attitude. I am a trained harmonist too. Just putting a feeler out there to see if any songwriters or bands are interested.
