Looking for GC to Remodel Whole House

Hello- I need a local Contractor (licensed or unlicensed is fine) to do a FULL remodel on a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house. I am an investor (but I am also a licensed, bonded, insured General Contractor) that does a few flips per month. A new, reliable, very skilled FULL crew would be great.
