An educational and entertaining ROMP Through Jazz - from 1880 to today. Great music of big bandmasters and new music from contemporary comp Featuring powerful vocal and instrumental arrangements of our 17-piece big band. Enjoy a varitey of contemporary and classic charts performed by the accopmlished, experienced Kicks Band musicians. Enter the theatre via the south main Moorhead HS door and go down the hall then down the stairs (elevator) to the Theatre doors. Follow the signs. "This Activity is funded in part by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council through a Minnesota State Legislative appropriation." Since 1975 the Kicks Band has been providing great big band jazz for the Fargo Moorhead Community. We off the best local jazz musicians opportunities to play great classic and conteporary big band literature, enjoy musician socializing, and improvise jazz.
