Photograph stunning landscapes of rolling hills covered in Texas bluebonnets, and country roads lined with them. TEXAS BLUEBONNETS PHOTO WORKSHOPMeeting Time AustinEveryone should be coming in early afternoon on Thursday the 7th of April. Our first “meet and greet” session, along with a primer on landscape photography will take place on the first day of the workshop. Sunrise is 7:10 am & Sunset is 7:54 pm Tentative Itinerary – Please note that the schedule is subject to change – any changes to the schedule will be emailed in advance to all workshop participants. Shooting locations will vary as bluebonnets peak in different locations and different times each season. Thursday – Arrival April 8th Arrival and check-in Friday – Day 1 | April 8th 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Meet and Greet / Planning 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Landscape Photography Class 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunch Break 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM – Landscape Photography Class Cont’d 3:45 PM – 7:30 PM – Photograph Bluebonnet and Sunset Saturday – Day 2 | April 9th Field photography at one or more of the shooting locations in the morning and afternoon. Mid-day post-processing workshop and image review sessions. Sunday – Day 3 | April 10th Field photography at one or more of the shooting locations in the morning and afternoon. Mid-day post-processing workshop and image review sessions. Investment and How to Sign Up – Limited to 8 The workshop cost is $1095 per participant. This cost excludes flight, car reservation, lodging, food and other related costs. Workshop participants will be responsible for arranging their own flights, accommodations and ground transportation to and from the workshop location in Austin, Texas. A deposit of $550 dollars is required to hold your spot on this workshop. Your final payment of the “balance due” for this workshop must be paid on or before March 15th. 2022 prior to the workshop’s inception. We will send out reminder notices of your balance due a week before this mark. Cancellation policy: Deposits are refundable minus a $150 processing fee. The workshop fee is refundable until 90 days of the event. Within 90 days, the workshop fee is non-refundable unless the even sells out or you have purchased travel insurance. Please note that the workshop fees are fully refundable minus processing fees until January 15th 2021. We will not be able to provide a refund after this date due to planning and coordination issues. In the event of workshop cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, government closures, injury, death, etc.), collected workshop fees will be refunded (minus processing fees and permits acquired in advance). Blair Ball Photography will not be held responsible for airfare and other potential expenses incurred due to workshop cancellation. Learning is never out for the PRO! Blair Ball is a professional photographer and educator from Germantown, TN right outside Memphis. Blair specializes in Workshops, Landscape, Sports, Portraits & Corporate Events. His works have been published in numerous magazines, newspapers and websites. He's Past President of the Memphis Camera Club where he served two years, as well as Vice President for two years. He's photographed projects for Amazon, The Travel Channel, American Cancer Society, Cotton, Inc., Church Health & Dr. Scott Morris, Teach for America, several Chambers of Commerce and Colleges. His Reelfoot Lake Photo Series is in the Bass Pro Shops Pyramid in Memphis.
