Description
Like bear, Winter is a time for us to slow down so we can replenish for Spring. Sitting by Sacred Fire can illuminate how we should prepare. "Stuff" happens when we sit in the presence of Sacred Fire. I use that word because it's hard to language. We get "stuff" off our chest and feel better. We feel the warmth and connection produced by just sitting by Sacred Fire without having to even say anything. We experience the Common Heart "stuff" where we realize that we have much more in common than divides us. And how something someone else says brings up something for us. We benefit from their wisdom, collective wisdom being brought in by the ancestors and the Sacred Fire. "Stuff" shifts inside of us that we've been carrying around for hours, days or even years, and in the presence of Sacred Fire, it's precisely the right time to offload that "stuff." That looks different for each person... a silent awareness, a shift in mood, feeling more grounded and energized to go back out into our complicated world, renewed. I hope you'll join us!!!
