I am interested in starting a Reggae-inspired group. I would be looking for a DRUMMER, BASS PLAYER and KEYBOARDIST. I play guitar and sing and would be open to another lead singer or lead guitarist and I can focus on writing material. Eventually a DJ or brass player would also be needed for live shows. My influences are wide ranging and I am into every style of music. Major influences in the genre include: The Slackers, Manu Chao, The Cat Empire, Steel Pulse, Aggrolites, Peter Tosh, Isreal Vibration, Tribal Seeds, Marley, !MAYDAY! I am also into ska, hip hop and so-cal reggae if we want to aim for a more modern sound. Looking for positive, like-minded people to have a good time, make music and play shows.
