Book Launch of Shantanu Gupta's latest best-selling book "The Monk who Transformed Uttar Pradesh" Shantanu Gupta is a bestselling author, TV Panelist, Columnist, Public speaker, and a policy commentator who has appeared in more than 4000 shows across all leading Hindi & English News channels of India so far. He writes editorial articles on policy and politics in leading publications on a regular basis. He is an astute Engineer with management degrees from Xavier Labor Research Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur and Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex (United Kingdom). In his recent best-selling book “The Monk who Transformed Uttar Pradesh”, he narrates the extraordinary story of Uttar Pradesh and the speed and the scale with which Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has transformed it from bringing crime under control to increasing the infrastructure, investment and handling the pandemic. During his visit at Atlanta, he will launch his new book on Yogi Adityanath along with other dignitaries and will take us through the life, politics, and governance of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He will also answer our questions and curiosity around Yogi Adityanat, Uttar Pradesh and upcoming elections. Only a limited number of 50 books are available to purchase ( $20 each) which will be signed by him at the event. Admission to the event is FREE. Light dinner will be served at the event. Suggested donations is $10 per person or $25 per family, to cover the expenses. Registration is Mandatory for all attendees. Please follow all COVID protocols mandated by CDC. Mask Requirement All participants will be required to wear masks. Masks must be worn at all times except while actively eating/drinking, presenting. Masks must cover both the mouth and nose. We ask that participants honor the requests of others to mask up and/or maintain physical distancing. Physical Distancing While many venues are not currently requiring physical distancing, NASPA will provide physically-distant seating and event space set-up to allow individuals who wish to physically distance while in sessions to do so comfortably. COVID-19 has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization and is extremely contagious. India Awareness Foundation has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 at our events; however, IAF cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19.
