Looking for Help for Woodwork on a Sailboat Restoration

Hi, I have a sailboat restoration project and I need someone(s) to assist with restoring the interior wood. It's a 37ft Tayana, and has a lot of interior wood - I'm including some pictures to show what kind of things I'm running into. The poor girl's been really neglected over the years, and needs some care and attention. I just need some extra hands and knowledge to help me get this looking nice again. I'm looking for a hobbyist or maybe a retiree, someone who has some time and experience working with wood and wood products/tools. It's okay if you don't have experience with specifically marine-related things, just wood in general. I can provide food and drink. I'm on a tight budget, so won't be able to pay crazy amounts, but if you're interested in this unique project, then reach out and we can work something out. Text preferred. Thanks!
