Eggplant meatballs with zucchini noodles...
Enjoy a full meal with Paula’s delicious eggplant meatballs made with eggplant, almond flour and egg atop a pile of zucchini “zoodles” with marinara sauce (gluten free and vegetarian). Each individual dinner will be in a microwavable container and available for pickup between 4 & 6 pm on February 12.
This can easily be frozen to enjoy on another day.
