We are so excited to have this collection of wines showcased in our upcoming wine dinner on Febuary 3rd! 1849 is a collection of contemporary art inspired California wines sourced from the preeminent viticulture areas within the state including Napa Valley, Sonoma County and Monterey County. First Course Aujus Chardonnay- paired with beef carpaccio with lemon dijion sauce. Second Course Iris Pinot Noir- paired with a grilled romaine salad. Third Course Declaration Cabernet- paired with a veal ossobuco and parmesan polenta. Fourth Course Anonymous Red Blend- paired with a chocolate cherry cobbler.
