A mid-week beer and food pairing. Four courses paired with four different beers to accentuate both the food and the beer. Celebrate the turn of the season with a four course beer pairing. Sunken Silo is again partnering with Metropolitan Seafood to educate and entertain through imaginative food and beer pairings. This time around we'll be sampling four of our core beers to help you answer the age old question, "what should I eat with this beer?" What to know: $50 per person. Single seat tickets will be at seated at the bar. Table tickets will be sold PER TABLE meaning each ticket is good for either 2 people or 4 people depending on your selection. SEATING IS LIMITED.This is a private event: The Brewery will be closed during the event. No Substitutions to menu.Please consider selecting 15% gratuity during your purchase. Our peeps are working hard!Doors open at 5:30pm, first course served at 6pm.
