Loving others with intention is easy, but how about loving ourselves well? Join us to deepen your understanding of how to love well! February is a month of focusing in on love, so it feels right to offer this content during this month. We, as women, do so much better when showing up for others and loving them well, but what would it look like if we understand how to love with intention on a deeper level? This month's She'll Rise meeting focus will take us on a journey of reflecting and assessing to identify areas that we lack understanding, or a clear void exists. Together, we will discuss and deepen our knowledge of: Love Languages: identify and better understand how you receive love + open your eyes to opportunities to love others at a new levelSelf-Love: it is NOT just a trendy term, but an action required to keep us healthy and stable, to encourage rest, nourishment and growth, to unleash the potential to love ourselves well and impact how we love others as a resultFoundation for healthy relationships: understanding what Love is and what Love is not4 types of Love: do you know + understand what they are, are you going where these are being fostered, do you constantly seek to have your thirst quenched, but the well you are choosing is dry...EXPECTATIONS: Opportunities to meet and mingle to get to know our community of women on a deeper levelRaw, authentic conversation to promote a sense of safety to encourage opening up to learn and growMASTERMIND with worksheets to work through our focus for this eventLight snacks and water will be providedCash Bar available for you to purchase alcoholic beverages if you wishRaffle item to benefit Animals and Kids Rescue LLC....We have some B I G announcements for this event on how we are pivoting, what it means for you, what to expect... + time for open discussion. _________ She'll Rise is an organization focused on meeting women as they are, where they are and fostering fellowship, networking, connections and building a community of Rise-Minded women. Our purpose is to focus on establishing a safe place to land where women can break free from lies, limiting beliefs, self-doubt, anxiety, depression and trauma, and be Fearlessly Authentic to Take Up Their Space Unapologetically. Our mission is to provide opportunities for healing, connecting and unfiltered sharing to encourage women to find their voices and walk in their purpose. Our main goal is to inspire women to step out and Rise Up to go to work on making the mindset shift necessary for sustainable change and living life on purpose. ___________ We are women who choose to: “Rise up and bring another woman with us!” and we are holding space for you! RISE for women was born in 2014 when Melanie recognized a need for community within the circles she was involved in on a regular basis.  As a professional business coach for over 11 years, it was evident that the true calling for her, her purpose, was to empower women; to teach and impact lives. Having experienced layers of trauma that include: depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, self-medicating/ addiction and ultimately an unsuccessful suicide attempt, it became clear that her "brokenness" was not the end of what she saw RISE to be, but just the beginning of what God had planned for RISE to become.  She has always diligently focused on teaching and impacting the lives of those she encountered, but in the process she hid her true self.  Now, she sees her story as the powerful connection to ignite RISE! She'll Rise exists to help women break free from anxiety, depression, PTSD and flourish both personally and professionally. Melanie is linking arms with women, stepping into battle with them to help the shown FEARLESSLY authentic and TAKE UP THEIR SPACE unapologetically. No more living under lies, self-doubt, limiting beliefs. Women are RisingUp Empowered as a result of the Rise Tribe Community and we cannot wait to get you plugged in as well. Her desire is to communicate the core theme of her life, which is "Rise up & bring another woman with you!" .............
