Spend an afternoon at Patapsco Valley State Park and help save the trees!
Patapsco Valley State Park will be hosting a volunteer invasive plant removal day on Saturday, March 5 from 1-3 p.m. Volunteers will learn to identify and remove common invasive plants (English Ivy and Japanese Barberry) as part of National Invasive Species Awareness Week. All ages and experience levels are welcome and gloves, tools, and snacks will be provided.
We will meet at the parking lot at 245 S Hilltop Road, Catonsville, MD 21228. There is no service charge/fee for this section of the park.
