NORTH MERRICK, NY — There was police activity on Sunday night at a Valero gas station on Jerusalem Avenue. Patch learned there was a robbery at approximately 9 p.m. However, Nassau police would only confirm that officers responded, but no other details were provided. Police told Patch there is an ongoing investigation.
