Press release from the Concord Police Department: January 16, 2022 There appears to be an issue with the railroad crossing gates being stuck in the down position town wide. The Concord Police Department  is aware of the issue and has advised Keolis who are enroute to address the problem. CPD and Transit PD will be responding to assist with traffic.
