Shirey Enterprise Group (SEG) is a national leader in staffing and operational leadership for disaster recovery events. SEG is currently gearing up to with the winter storms set to hit the Carolinas later this week (January 18th). Immediate Opportunity for Damage Assessors We have an immediate need for Damage Assessment Crews in the North Carolina region starting on 1/18/22. Online training for this position is available. The qualified candidate will have the following: Reliable Transportation (4-WD recommended but not required). The ability to walk and be on your feet for long periods at a time. Great attention to detail. Ability to clearly and thoroughly document field reports with legible handwriting. An overall professional attitude and appearance. Because you are the face of SEG to our clients, we ask that you have an overall neat and clean appearance, attitude, and professional speech and behavior. All qualified candidates must have proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Safety Vest * Steel/Composite Toed Shoes * Hard Hat * Proper Winter/Rain Gear It is important to note that this is not full-time work. Because we only work when disasters require our participation, there is no guarantee of work. When we do deploy, it is usually from one to five weeks at a time.
