Ok, I give up. Tried looking for a band to join. Tried meeting a few guys with disappointing results. So I've decided to try this route. I've seen some posts from guitar players and drummers looking to play. Well here's your chance!!! Looking to do the best of the 90's Grunge Era. Stone Temple Pilots Pearl Jam Nirvana Alice In Chains Sound Garden etc... Looking for one great guitarist. Two would be even better! But I realize it's best to crawl before you walk lol. Looking for a drummer that wants to hold it down! Must have impeccable timing! Last but definitely not least - need a bassist that knows how important the bass is in a band! One that locks on to the drummer and never lets go! The obvious: Everyone should look the part. Have killer attitudes and gear. Stage experience/presence. Looking to be ready for the spring/summer to make some money! There are ZERO bands in the area that I have seen or can find that are what I would consider competition. That means if we have our act together - we'll have our pick of places to gig! I'll get us plenty of work once we are ready don't worry about that! And I'm not talking the worst little dive bars! I want to play outdoor festivals, House of Blues opening for Nationals and other select venues worth playing! If you are interested - please reach out so we can get the ball rolling! It won't take long with the quality of players I'm looking to assemble. Age, race etc... not nearly as important as your attitude and abilities! Backing vocals a plus as well!
