While walking our dog in the parking lot of the Richland County Public Library at Sandhills Mall midday on 17 Jan, we came across again what looks like a lost shorthair Chihuahua or similar breed, maybe 10 lbs weight. Dog is mostly white with maybe a patch or two of light gray and/or pink. The dog did not have a collar/tags. We had noticed this same dog about a week ago in the same area.
We approached the dog but it is very scared and skittish and we could get nowhere near and he/she just ran away. Dog is pretty fast and active. We lost visual on the dog near the back of Belk department store.
