This is a door-to-door sales job, servicing neighborhoods damaged by hail and other disasters. During natural disasters, you will be assisting our other branches throughout the country to ensure that our homeowners properties are restored to pre-storm conditions. We are looking for people to join our seasoned sales representatives in helping our company grow. Through hard work and determination, your success will pay off ten-fold. Through our competitive base salary and uncapped commission and bonus structures, you will have the potential to make well over six figures. No experience is required, as you will be provided all necessary training to become a successful Outside Sales Representative at RJI Professionals, Inc. About RJI Professionals, Inc. -We are a General Contractor that specializes in storm and fire restoration, as well as water and mold mitigation,. For more than two decades, we have been strongly focused on client satisfaction by facilitating an excellent experience. Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Inspect and assess the property damage -Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure all damages have been identified -Assist our clients in a professional and positive demeanor through the insurance claim process, from contract signing to project close-out -Prepare paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion to assist with the supplement process and our production department to ensure client satisfaction -Create and maintain your own work schedule -Meet company sales quota -Documenting client and insurance interactions through our CRM -Meet, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients -Other duties, as requested by management Requirements: -Clean driving record and valid drivers license -Pass background check -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Ability to set a ladder and comfortably walk on roofs -Not afraid of heights -Strong communication skills -Sales or construction background preferred, but not required Benefits: -PTO -Healthcare -Company vehicle and fuel card -Company laptop and cellphone -Travel pay -Paid training -Simple IRA -Simple IRA matching Compensation: -Base Salary -Uncapped Commissions -Bonus Structure
