Hello Neighbors and Happy New Year!
My daughter and her co-teacher are trained through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and are offering an online 6-week Mindful Self-Compassion course this winter, with discounted rates. Mindful Self-Compassion is research-backed and has been shown to improve emotional well-being.
This class is geared for the general public, and no meditation experience is necessary. This class provides resource-building experiential exercises, meditations, group discussion, and brief talks.
