Event planner looking for event labor on Thursday March 3rd. Setup / Break Down Crew / PA $20/h 9AM - 6PM. Responsibilities: Setting up various A/V equipment, light stands, lighting, backdrops, tables/chairs, red carpet, PA/speakers, running cable, etc. Stay for striking after event 10PM - 12PM. (Times may shift.) Popcorn Attendant $15/h 5:30PM - 9:00PM Responsibilities: Operate a movie theater style popcorn machine station, keeping the tub and bags full of fresh popcorn, and distributing to guests. Easy to learn process takes just a couple of minutes to master. Janitor - $20/hour 5:30pm - 11:30pm In the background, empty trash cans (bags to dumpsters), keep restrooms tidy, pickup any debris or trash on grounds. Clean any spills. Assist in packing up after event. Parking Attendant - $20/hour. 5:00pm - 9:00pm, You will be responsible for parking cars in grass lot and provide directions from parking area to venue entrance, while monitoring parking area at all times. You need to get as many cars to fit as possible! If lot fills, you will direct guests to alternate site. Monitor parking during event. (* Please indicate if you can stay on to help remove equipment after event 10pm - midnight.) Please wear khakis/polo shirt (we will provide hi-vis vest for event). - Warmly greet guests as they arrive - Clearly and safely direct guests to available parking spaces - Other duties as assigned -- All positions: Please wear dark clothing during event hours. No logos are branding. Mask may be required. Must be 18+ years old, friendly, punctual, reliable, and able to stand for the duration of the event.
