If you go to DSS to apply for foodstamps, ADC, WIC, or other Federal programs, you need a State issued picture ID or a Military ID of the same nature. People never seem to have a problem coming up with the necessary documents needed to get Federal assistance, or even rides, to get there and surprisingly keep their appointments too. Even for Section 8 housing, free housing paid for by the working class Americans, they seem to have no problems there either. Any apartment complex requires a picture ID as well. But when it comes to voting, all of a sudden people are stating that they are being discriminated against? I just don't get it. You need a picture State issued ID to cash a welfare check or your paycheck. What's the big problem all of a sudden. I give free rides to anyone in my neighborhood during every election. I haven't missed an election, regardless of what it's for for 61 years. I'm very active in all of the City meetings, Police or fireman activities or anything to help out our community. What is wrong with all of these divided Americans in the generations after mine? I guess it's called parenting. Many need a course in that. You have 3 generations of families living in 1 Section 8 home, or any home for all that matters, very sad. No one should be allowed to vote without the State issued picture ID and their voters ID card. It's been like that ever since I can remember voting. Let's get with it America, follow the legal procedures so that we can have a Country ALL the people want, not just one group of Politicians. We need to erase the chalkboard and elect ALL new public officials. Some of these people have been in office since I started voting 61 years ago. Let's set term limits, not just using the same excuse over and over that you need more time to complete what you were elected for. Start all of the Politicians out at Federal Minimum Wage and give pay incentives and opportunity for advancement just like any other job. I see nothing getting done. When Trump was in office can you imagine how much of the taxpayers money was wasted for our elected officials doing absolutely nothing. That was the opportunity Americans had to wipe the slate clean and start fresh. America is in big trouble. Biden will never finish his term. Camelot Harris will finish up his term. Let's get it together America, for our future generations. Thanks for reading and I hope many agree.
