Hello and Happy New Year! Small private real estate team currently looking for a residential Maintenance Technician for 3 large homes in the Bakersfield area. Below is an overview of requirements: - Have access to personal tools (although some tools can be provided for specific purposes) with a strong understanding of usage. - Have access to a truck with flatbed for hauling off and picking up products/materials. - Ability to communicate effectively in English. (Spanish is a PLUS but not required) - Ability to work with in tandem with Management for projects in the pipeline. Providing informative rhetoric and ideas for optimal success of project management. - Strong time management skills. Ability to work within allocated deadlines. - Relatively open availability Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm PST/PDT. Ability to occasionally facilitate after hours emergencies. can have another form of employment as long as your availability is flexible. - Presentation as a professional contractor at all times to all affiliates of company including but not limited to prospects, applicants, residents, management, owners, and vendors. This position is a 1099 contract.
