MAINTENANCE MANAGER (PT) SunDance Community is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Manager to assist in delivering superior care and service to our facility. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in performing a variety of trade-related work with the ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required 3+ years of building maintenance experience Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Excellent problem-solving skills Job Responsibilities: Diagnose various building system problems and performs corrective work as it is approved General maintenance, including equipment operation, preventative maintenance, cleaning and removing debris Participates in and/or lead preventative maintenance tasks Order parts and maintain stock of maintenance supplies and tools Will work of other maintenance personnel This position is part-time; schedule will vary based on facility event schedule; weekends. All candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests. Selected candidates are subject to a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
