I have one or two rooms (10X10 each) and a full bath all in their own hallway available for creatives to rent- I previously had a comedy podcast in the space but anyone needing space is welcome. My office is in the front of the house (I work in music), the two rooms and bathroom are off on one side and my living room and bedroom are in the back of the house. If you need to use garage space, that's negotiable. I do park my car there, but the other half could be used. Flexible on rent depending on how much you will need the space. $300-$900.
