We have a teacup chihuahua both parents are 2 3 lbs but he was the only puppy and was way too spoiled so he grew bigger than parents. He is the biggest chihuahua we've ever had but he's still so small compared to chihuahuas we see running around the streets. Haven't weighed him but assuming he's in the 4 lbs range. He's a year old.
